For Authors
Everything you need to prepare and submit your manuscript to IJCGD or IJCECS.
We welcome original research articles, review papers, practice papers, and book reviews from scholars, researchers, and practitioners worldwide. Both journals are open access — a non-refundable peer review fee applies at submission, and a publication fee is charged upon acceptance.
Step 1
Before You Submit
Check scope: Ensure your manuscript falls within the aims and scope of either IJCGD or IJCECS before submitting.
Original work: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review at another journal.
Ethics approval: Research involving human participants must include evidence of ethical clearance from an appropriate institution.
English language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to seek language editing before submission.

How to Submit
Send your manuscript to [email protected] with the subject line: Submission – [Journal Acronym] – [Manuscript Title]. Include proof of peer review fee payment and a brief cover letter confirming the work is not under review elsewhere.

Step 4
Peer Review Process
- 1
Initial Editorial Check
The editor checks the submission for scope fit, formatting, and completeness. Decisions made within 2 weeks.

Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts passing the initial check are sent to a minimum of two independent reviewers for assessment.
- 3
Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer reports, the editor issues one of: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. Authors receive reviewer comments.
- 4
Revision & Final Acceptance
Revised manuscripts are reviewed to confirm all comments have been adequately addressed. Final acceptance leads to copy-editing and publication.
We aim to provide initial decisions within 8 weeks of submission.
Publication Ethics
CCECS Journals are committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Plagiarism: All submissions are checked for originality. Plagiarism in any form is grounds for immediate rejection. Proper attribution of all sources is required.
Authorship: Only those who have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the work should be listed as authors. Ghost authorship and gift authorship are not permitted.
Conflicts of interest: Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.
Data integrity: Authors are expected to maintain accurate records of raw data and to make data available to the editor upon request.
